Search on boards.ie defaults to "Best Match". I think "Newest First" is a better search order. It would reduce the risk of bumping old threads, and given the topical nature of boards.ie, I'd figure Newest First will return more relevant & up-to-date results.

    Moved to Site Development.

Thanks for the suggestion. In some cases, the best filter depends on what you're searching for.

For example, if you search for "2018 World Cup" over in Soccer, Newest brings up search results for 2017/18 UEFA Champions League, Frank de Boer sacked by Palace, and other unrelated threads. I'm sure there are some cases where Newest is better and others where Best Match is more useful.

One trick that I find useful (because it allows for more control) is to go via Google. Enter "site:boards.ie xyz" where xyz is a search term as your query and you can limit results by time (in cases of news stories or to see if there's a very recent thread on the topic).

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
