    Hi, I've recently bought a new apartment and the meter shows a day and night rate. The heating in the apartment is electric but hasn't been turned on yet and the water heater is one that heats overnight to supply hot water during the day. However the last two bills I've received show no units used under the night rate, they are all under the day rate? Am I missing something?
