Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Regretting captaining Firmino

Anyone watching that game? Does he look like scoring?

You pick Aguero anyway and work from there

Same here. Much better FPL asset than Lukaku.

Far more explosive and captain material

    results based thinking there guys?
Based on this season so far, Big Rom outscored Aguero...
Big Rom is guaranteed starter and probably 90 mins unlike Aguero..

I'd assume an assist will be given for the Burnley goal?

Not sure if Wood got a flick on though, but then he should get it?

Either a wood or Brady assist

Firmino is bottom of that by a long way. Not explosive enough

He's great value for his price though.

    Saw the Burnley goal.

It should be a Wood assist. Brady hasn't got a hope of getting that (and I have him).

However, he's the only one that buying means you can have some good midfielders or defenders with. You don't exactly have much money if you go Aguero, Kane and Lukaku for example

I reckon you'll have at least 4/5 more games with Aguero over a Kane, Morata or Lukaku that you're frustrated owning him as Pep rotates.

I think Morata is the best bet, as less rotation risk and he's going to score a lot imo.

I think Wood is looking an extremely good prospect too and could be a really good 3rd forward if you want/need to afford Hazard, Sanchez etc when they get going

Watching Aguero pummelling the Waford defence and all that comes into my mind is

Ah now you can - just depends what you class as good - for example don't have Alonso and get a 4m defender instead - that's 3m saved to upgrade a 4th midfielder

I thanked your post initially because I had Vardy in my wc team. But then I remembered I didn't go through with playing the wc. Hence, no Vardy. :(
