I had ended up in hospital last year for severe foot pain as I couldn't walk. Had an MRI, a minor procedure under local anaesthetic and physio and hadn't been symptomatic in 13 months. As I was asked if I had attended a hospital in my questionnaire, I disclosed it as I don't want there to be any issues if we found ourselves ever having to make a claim.
