how can I Get my 200k I invested in 2012 back into my new bank account??

I Had a serious accident on the 14th SEPTEMBER 2010, So I listened to my Brain physician and invested the 200k on a 5-year term, I'm disabled and in pain 24/7.

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you received any updates regarding the investment maturing? You should've received a letter advising it's due to mature and options on how to access the funds or re-invest.
