No , no it does not , i suggest keeping you pseudo intellectual understanding of the legal system to a minimum least you further embarrass yourself.

Its up to you to prove guilt, not me. Get back to me, when you can do so. I suggest until you do, you stop making accusation.

Prove that she is being untruthful. Your are making an accusation, now prove it.

You demanded proof from me, now I demand you prove your claims.

I have not made any accusations, so nothing for me to prove.
I have not made any claims, so nothing for me to prove.

You have made claims without backing them up or proving them.

Sorry, but I can't believe your claims.

You have repeatedly. Now proof please.

Please quote my post where I made a claim.
If you can't, then don't say I did.

What planet do you live on????????????

    What was this accusation????

Im not trying to prove anything unlike you and your agenda here!

I was merely pointing out something to someone who seems to think posting utter tripe with little to no knowledge on a subject can pass as accepted fact

And for the third time an acquittal under most circumstance does not prove innocence .

    Have a great day .

Demanding I prove someone innocent is an accusation.

You also made claims in regards to Halawa's sister. So proof please of your claims.....

I did, you rejected them. Stop with the lies.

It pretty clear, that no level of proof will ever be good for you. I do wonder why that is......

Innocence doesn't have to be proven. You need to prove guilt.

Everything else you said is typical pseudo intellectual tripe, from those who are happy to insinuate guilt, and pretend your not making an accusation.

You know you are replying to someone who chimed in about 7 posts ago merely stating acquittals do not prove innocence

Yeah, and my point is that I don't have to prove innocence. Up to those making the accusation.

:a setting free from the charge of an offense by verdict, sentence, or other legal process

Sorry, what? Is that quoting the bible or some other sh1te book? An acquittal means you have been found not guilty of a crime which you have been charged with.

Nothing 'proves' innocence.. but that evidence is there that the lad isn't innocent? Plenty of completely innocent people have gone on trial. This didn't get that far.

It's an obvious and easy popular reference, makes the point quickly an easily, i.e. plenty of wealthy racists out there, do you disagree? What has living in Ireland got to do with it?

Ps. Keep up the classy posts.
