Yes but there is a tendency for some, not all by any stretch, but some on the Far-Left to label anyone a Nazi that does not agree with them on all issues.

There were some absolutely demented, ****ing lunatics on The Guardian website who labelled Ed Miliband as Far Right(!) and that the BBC was a Far Right(!) platform.

    But Ed Miliband. Far Right.

'Red' Ed Miliband. The son of a prominent Jewish Socialist Intellectual!!!
True, but I don't believe I ever said they don't exist here. However in that example with Ed Miliband and the Guardian, that would be the UK as opposed to Ireland to keep with Kaizer's argument.

Clonskeagh Mosque. I hope the Gardai are keeping an eye on them. Really do.

I was in Clonskeagh Mosque just two weeks ago. Had a falafel sandwich in the cafe, all people are welcome, Muslim or otherwise. Its open till 9pm every night. I highly recommend it, you should try it sometime.

Would this be the same Clonskeagh Mosque which prohibits entry to homosexuals and has a separate entry round back for the lady folk?

"All people are welcome"... stop talking Bollox.

Not sure there, I work with a very openly gay woman who was there only a few weeks ago, not long after Leo Vadarkar attended back in the summer. I'll check with her tomorrow if there was a separate entrance they had to use.

    I've only one question.

"As an Irish lad, can you explain what you were doing on stage, at a Muslim Brotherhood rally addressing thousands of supporters, at the Day of Rage?"

    In your own time Ibrahim.

He was just having a snack.

I wonder what his job prospects are now with all this publicity.

I suppose he could become an imam or the likes.

I see Cathrine Zapone is out of the traps saying the Halawa sisters were the most inspirational women she's ever worked with.

Like a dinosaur laying the table for the welcoming committee greeting the meteor.

Well he won't do that again in a hurry.

Maybe he will, seeing as he got away with it

By the way this is not his home in his opinion otherwise he would not have gone to Egypt in the first place.

No doubt we will hear of him again in years to come

Catherine must like beheadings, people with her persuasions are routinely killed for it by the terrorist Muslim brotherhood. It's a joke. Bloody lefties.its all grand. He's not a terrorist. It's completely one sided, no wonder the government is keeping out of it, they would be lambasted for voicing concerns.

If someone spends a few months abroad, Ireland ceases to be their home?

Can barely think of a soul I know that has been abroad for a few months that would agree with that, most I know who have lived outside of Ireland for years still ultimately consider it home.

Freedom of speech for all. Except when calling someone a racist, that's not allowed.

    The irony.

Why are people talking about terrorism?

He was arrested for protesting and has now been acquitted of all charges.

So how does make him a terrorist or linked to terrorists?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,167 ✭✭✭Notorious

Lengthy RTE article the story on the news tonight. Nothing negative mentioned, except that his father denies the Muslim Brotherhood link. You'd expect the Gardaí will be keeping a close eye on him. I can't help but feel that the hero's welcome which he's undoubtedly going to receive is unjust.

Bollox, he went there to protest that his leader had been overthrown, his leader of his country. he got caught and then played the "I'm Irish Card"
No issue with him arguing for his countries rights, but big issue that he uses Ireland to bail him out when he went there to protest, not on behalf of his so called home of Ireland but to protest in what he sees as his home Egypt

Unless the charge is rape. Then some on boards don't actually take that view.

He has links to the Muslim brotherhood and so does his father, very strong links. The veil has been lifted. SF are a disgrace, Lynn boylan is a disgrace casually brushing off the evidence on newstalk.

Firstly since we are in AH, you spelt her name wrong. ;)

Katherine is hardly a "leftie", stop using terms that your definition is "anyone I disagree with". You look worse than the far left calling people "alt-right" when they don't agree on a single issue. If Katherine was the Irish definition of a "leftie" she wouldn't have signed up to be a minister in a centre-right government she'd be off with Solidarity.
