looking for an au pair/nanny

hi my wife is starting a new job soon and we require someone to live with us and mind our kids when we are not there.. our youngest is one and a half and my son is eight.. can anybody recommend a good place to source one. we have been looking online with little success

If memory serves there are agency's you go through depending on your needs.

My mum needed someone to be able to do late nights and overnights which means the au pair had to be over 21.

she went with Swan agency I think. I can ask later to confirm for you.
