Michael Schredl (2008), Snoring, Breathing Pauses, and Nightmares, Perceptual and Motor Skills 106 (3), pp 690-692, concluded that there was no relationship between snoring and nightmares. Sampled 444 subjects. It should be noted that he examined subjects that snored, or didn't snore. And not persons sleeping with snoring subjects. If I could sleep, while a bed partner snored, perhaps I would have nightmares? What about you?
