    Hi,
    I received my new credit card two days ago. I tried to use it but it didn't work. Do i need activation? How should i activate it?

    Hi Pavlos,

    Thanks for your post and welcome to Boards.ie.

    There should have been a cover letter along with the card which advises if you need to call to activate the card. It does sound like you'll need to do this before using your card. You can contact the team on 1890 251 251 or 00353 567757747.
