New Foxrock Village Carpark not free anymore

    I was up there this am and it's changed from being free to Pay and Display
    There were a few cars with parking tickets on them and a man asking the carpark attendant/clamper when did it change to P&D, but he got no answer from him just a shrug. Luckily I saw the attendant checking so paid and didn't get caught.
    I'd say lots of people are going to get caught out, there was a big fanfare about it being free when it opened, but haven't seen any local publicity saying it had changed
    There are the usual P&D signs up, but if you were used to not paying you might not notice or look for them, only somebody coming in for the first time would prob check
    Anyone know when this changeover occurred?
