    Hi, 

    My mortgage application is taking ages and I am supposed to be contacted by an adviser. I have received multiple text messages telling me an adviser will contact me in the coming days however I am still waiting.

    Also when I call your Mortgage number I am put on hold for over 15/20 minutes with no answer.

    Can you tell me whats going on?!
