To those that think this thread is about objectification. I disagree. Not for me anyway. It's about an appreciation of the female form*.
I have no problem with the existence of a similar male thread. If I appeared on it I'd be honoured but, unfortunately, not a single picture has ever been taken of me so that cannot happen.

(All that being said, some of the puns are cringeworthy

Would said snowflakes also believe a similar thread about males would be objectification? My big fat hairy butt they would. Two-faced has never been more appropriate an adjective than for people like that. As you said, this is about appreciating the natural female form, not objectification. There's a very real distinction between the two, something aforementioned snowflakes lack the ability to comprehend.

Quite right, but for many people nowadays, unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be. Have you noticed how the word "perving" has come into use to describe the visual appreciation of women? It seems that there is a movement to expand the definition of perverted to include the most normal of acts. But then, that's only one of many definitions that is being expanded to such a ridiculous extent that it's losing its meaning.

That said, I'm not mad about the glamour shots that get posted here.

She is the star of one of the biggest sit-coms on US tv right now that is going into it's 6th season hardly a career that died.

It kind of is-you never mentioned the movie that she has out at the moment, Overboard-because there's been nothing about it in the media.
(It's a remake of an iffy Goldie Hawn/ Kurt Russell movie from the 80s-but role reversal, as dude is now the rich guy, woman is now the lonely schlubb). Prior to that, her career has consisted of The Emoji movie, and the Chipmunks sequel...that's a pretty sad 'I have bills to pay' so-called career.

A lot of actresses had to flee to tv because their careers stalled- the star of Mom has always been Allison JAnney-and her oscar win probably helped that show get renewed.
I doubt people could pick Faris out of a lineup.
