I find this song haunting. It just has that sound along with the lyrics. It doesn't make me want to change my life now

I try not to listen to it too often but I think it's a lovely song.

Suffer Little Children by The Smiths.
Dealing with the Moors murders, between the lyrics and the sounds of children crying and sobbing in the background.
My sister had a nightmare after listening to it.

The Great Below is up there for me. When With Teeth came out I changed my tracklisting so that it uses the alternative version of Right Where It Belongs as opposed to the original. To this day I still find it odd when I hear the correct tracklisting.

Scorn not his simplicity, sung by Luke Kelly is a song that makes me thank my lucky stars that my own family were born healthy. I have close relatives with profound disabilities this song captures what it must feel like to raise a child like that.

This is a very old song. It's thought to originate from Ireland and as far back as the 19th century. It's about a man who kills his lover. I like this version by The Everly Brothers. It's a bit different for them.
