My house almost exploded, what a moment

I'll be honest....I jumped and roared like a fukin madman.

Haven't reacted like that in years!!

The sheer patience we showed throughout the game and at the very end was sublime!!

Well it’s not like it hasn’t happened before.

Ha ha ha take that Kerry!Im just very proud to be a Cork man right now!Great credit to Ronan McCarthy and the lads. And all credit to the hurlers, for putting the Dubs to the sword as well. The Dubs are a footballing powerhouse, but they aren't as much of a powerhouse in hurling. No all Ireland hurling titles since 1938 is proof of that.:D 30 years since the double, it would be nice to mark the 30th anniversary with another one.Rebels Abu! :)

Fair play. I must trust you more. This was certainly a shock result.

It wasn't to me.We did run Kerry close last year, and this year we claimed a brilliant and well deserved victory over them.

Well Done to Cork. A really gutsy, dogged performance. Played to the teams' strengths.

Best of luck vs Tipp and perhaps beyond!

Pat Spillane in the Sindo said Cork 'hadn't a prayer' and Kerry could have a field day. :-)

Well done, more deserving team and all that - some decent firepower to bring off your bench too.

    Good luck in the final

What a win! I was jumping and screaming around my room!

I thought we had a no chance at all but I did read Ronan McCarthys interview before the game where he said we really have to beat Kerry rather than moral victories kind of thing. I thought at least he is going in with the proper mindset.

I still thought we would get hammered though. I thought we were improving but they were still too much for us at the moment.

We have to go on from this now and go for Tipp in the final. We can't just let that be our year. We have to believe now! ( yes I know I didn't before the game but glad to be proved wrong!! :pac: )

Well done lads. Fully deserved and to say I'm sick is an understatement. Enjoy a drop tonight and go on and win Munster at least now. Well played today.

go for tipp? no offence to our footballers but we are ****, the style we play is brutal, have regressed a lot since 2016 highs. Ye will beat us by 6+.

We played well against ye last year, and we played well for a lot of the game against Dublin as well. This is our first win against a top championship team since 2012.So it is a big win.Obviously Dublin are huge favourites for the six in a row.But while we are still in the championship, i'll always believe we have a chance.2020 has been a horrible year, it was sad seeing no fans in the pairc. But this evening has made, what has been a horrible and difficult year a bit happier for us.

It's not like red hot favourites can be beaten can it?

I'm saying Cork need to push on and not now end up misfiring against Tipp the way Kerry misfired against us today. Anything can happen. Tipp have good players.

Be awful to lose with a whimper after todays high, I mean. Especially if we think "ah well at least we beat Kerry" There is a chance for Silverware and we need to go for it.

Would I be right in saying the last time we knocked Kerry out of championship was 99?

Cork football has been on an upward trajectory for the last 18 months.

Minors and 20's winning their respective All-Ireland's last year with seniors making the Super 8's.

The successful Div 3 league campaign built confidence further while blooding a few new players.

Today they fought with dogged determination and were rewarded for just staying in the game and not giving up.

Now have a real chance of a Munster championship and an All Ireland semi final spot.

    Well done to all involved.

Dublin are a serious team. But they need a replay to beat Mayo by 1 point in 2016.They again beat Mayo by 1 point in 2017.You lot nearly had them the first day last year as well.So hopefully they might be caught this year.

Munster final is the day after the 100th anniversary of Bloody Sunday. Tipp will be bulling to get to Croke Park this year

They can bull away. We want it and I fully expect us to win it.

Two weeks break is good. Enough time to come down from the high and be fully focused for Munster final
If it was next week might be still a lot of hype and people talking them up too much
