Minors have settled well and lead 4 v 2 after 10. Midfield well on top, Nash in particular.

    Up 9 v 6 at ht.

Playing well enough, some poor passes by both teams.
Cork have looked more dangerous when their forwards have the ball.

    Cork had the wind.

    Kerry 0-15 v Cork 1-12

Missed a goal and 2 points in injury time alone.

Really should have won it in normal time.

2 ten minute periods of et to come.

discipline is killing us, we should know by now the ref is giving them everything

Awful game to lose, by 3 points in the end. Should have won it normal time.

Same old stories and demons with Cork football. They are so frustrating at every level and code. We will never again get the better of Kerry. Not enough bottle as always. We always seem to make hard work of every game.

Dreadful discipline. McCarthy the Cork sub missed 1-02 in simple chances, 1-01 of which would’ve won them the game in normal time.

0-01 would have won it in normal time. Really poor misses to be fair.

I am the same. Dublin v Mayo game will almost be over at half time. I don't intend to even watch it.

The ladies game will be very close though.

As for the minor game against Kerry the other night, I turned it off as I knew we were not getting anything from the ref. Made me so mad I had to turn it off and go away! I have only calmed down now. Not fair on those lads at all. Kerry got (41) almost double the amount of frees Cork did (22). We did miss chances as well though.

What is it this year? The U20 hurlers got the same treatment and the Camogie players as well. The U20s managed to get over the line thankfully. I am watching the KK Galway U20 game right now and there should have been a 65 not given for Galway and then the Kilkenny player had a load of steps on the way to them getting a goal. These things really swing games. I just want to see fairness all round.

Hopefully the ladies get a fair ref. The women's game has very bad refs though unfortunately.

2020 has been such a weird year. It was a disappointing year yet again for Cork hurling, and as good as that win over Kerry was, it was still a disappointing year for Cork football. I just think that we're sadly way off the pace in both codes, and then there is the issue of the Paric Ui Chaoimh redevelopment debt as well. Basically we have drastically underachieved, as a county in both codes since 1990. But i guess all of these issues, are the consequences of leaving Frank Murphy to his own devices, and rule the roost unopposed for 45 years! The good times will come back again. I have no doubt about that. I just fear that we could be in for a long wait. But sure hopefully im wrong like, and Hoggie finally gets his hand on that elusive all Ireland medal.

They’re back a while now. I’d expect all counties are at this stage bar those who were in all Ireland final or semis. They’re playing in a few weeks so it’s only around the corner

Thought they'd be better off not seeing a Hurley till the New Year. Complete break, long season ahead time wise around the corner.
