Nervous about today. If we can claim a All Ireland U21 title it hopefully would be start of amazing period.

The last time we win U21 titles were 97 and 98 and look what we went on to achieve

Dalton is ready made for the senior team.
Awesome talent and a super striker of a dead ball.

Definitely. He has the physical presence too. O'Mahony is a presence too in the forwards which is what we need in the seniors

He would have been perfect to spring from the bench against Limerick

Jeez I hope thats not a bad injury to Dalton there.

    Is it a broken leg?

Some excellent performances all over the pitch. A great cameo from Conor Cahalane too since he came on

    Awesome performance.

Dalton looked in pain, but twisted knee/ankle type pain rather than broken leg.

Ring said it was a knee injury, Dalton was upbeat, waiting for a scan to see how bad it is but he is hopeful.

Never heard of these, google tells me they're from Glanworth, any idea why the name? Seems about as far from a Harbour as you can get in Cork

There is (or was) a Harbour Bar on the Main Street in Glanworth, and there is a river nearby... so maybe that had a harbour?

Kerry absolutely bottling the Super 8s shows how bad Cork football is. That's a bad Kerry team.

Started in 2007 when Cusack was suspended for the Munster semi.

he left in 5 goals that day. What time is it? 5 past Nash.

2 goals in the first 2 min for the Ladies footballers

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,122 ✭✭✭zetecescort

Real mismatch, Cork 6-14 Westmeath 0-5 with 10min left

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,549 ✭✭✭The White Feather

    Poor westmeath keeper......

Very hard against one of the best attacking forces in ladies football

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,549 ✭✭✭The White Feather

It finished Cork 8-16 Westmeath 1-6

Donegal in the semifinal. Looking like another Cork-Dublin final

Powerful performance, a real no nonsense approach. He paid them the courtesy of starting with a foward line that can damage any team. All things going well, Cork could play Dublin in the final- which really would be mouth watering.

another fixture clash looming for Libby Coppinger and Hannah Looney which is nothing short of a disgrace at this stage. no idea why the semi finals are on the same day when the football final is a week after the camogie
