There's plenty of nurition in shakes, especially sugars. I've done several distilled water fasts. The longest was for 15 days. Believe you me, at the end of 15 days on water, and nothing else, even the thoughts of a lick of one strawberry - would be like Heaven. At that stage, the bodily cravings dictate what's in the mind.

Strawberries are overrated. And so is this years IAC. . We need conflict. It seems like it's on for weeks already...... I 'Sigh' when I click on a 9 to watch, honestly, i've even missed the lead up to the registration of Francis to watch this ****e.
