Eir support call constantly dropped

    Hi, 

    I have been calling Eir customer care for over an hour. Each time the call drops when I select the option for unlocking my handset device. It says it will connect me and seconds later I get an engaged tone. 

    I have called 1747 from my mobile and 01 - 430 7066 from my landline. Same result everytime.
