    Hi,

Does any of you know, how long the mortgage offer stays valid for in the following banks:

    KBC
    Ulster Bank
    Permanent TSB
    EBS?

I only found that information on the Bank of Ireland website so I know their loan offer is valid for 6 months. What about the other banks? Is it 6 months as well?

And another thing that interests me: what happens if the loan offer expires and there is no possibilty of extension? If you have to re-apply for the mortgage, is it quicker to get re-approval or does it take as much time as when applying for the first time? Anyone here has experienced that and could share their knowledge?

Do you mean loan offer or approval in principle?
