Hi folks quick question about the help to buy scheme. I was working abroad up until January and now work in Ireland but always lived in Ireland.

Anyway I started building a house in November with first drawdown in January and contracts signed end of September 16.

Anyway, waiting on final drawdown, but I'm wondering am I eligible for the Help to buy scheme? Has anyway any prior experience of this? Any help greatly appreciated.
