Insurance payment taken but no active policy

    Hi

    I recently cancelled my insurance policy with liberty

    My policy was due to finish on the 26th and auto renew on the 27th

    I rang on the 25th and advised to cancel the policy as I am going with another provider

    I was advised the policy with will be cancelled as of 26th as normal and I will not not be covered to drive as of the 27th with liberty

    I was requested to return any documents/disk I recieved in the post

    I posted these documents to the liberty address on the 26th

    I have checked my bank today and note a monthly installment for September/october has been debited for the first months for my inactive policy (I am going to assume the SEPA DD was already in action)

    What number do I ring to organise a refund of my money?

    In addition I have cancelled the DD with my bank to prevent future debits
