    Hi,

    I have a boi mortgage,

    I tried adding it to my banking 365 profile but it's not showing up.

    Could you please look into this for me please.

    Thanks for your message. 

    Sorry to hear your Mortgage account is not showing online. Did you use the Add Account option on 365 Online to add this online? If so, please be advised it can take five working days for the account to be added. You will usually receive a message to your inbox on 365 Online if the account can't be added with an explanation on why it can't be added in this instance.
