Is 365 statements not working?

    Trying to view old statements online and it says e-statements currently not available.
    Tried to order said statements as I need them urgently and it said service desk unavailable.
    I tried from both a phone and laptop.
    Since you took away the statement printers in the branch what other option do I have???

    Sorry to hear that you are unable to view your estatements. Can you please check your account online again as these should be displaying as normal?
