Garda recruitment 2017

Hi, I've my garda interview in 2 weeks. It's says on form b that they want referees and references from my work place and school. Do I have to get a reference attached to form b and bring it with me or will the garda just ring them or email them when they want the references ? Thanks

Your local sergeant contacts your references and talks to you about it in the sergeant interview on stage 4
