Hi I've made a total of 7 orders for collection with Irishparcels.ie this year, and of those , 2 have failed to collect on the day I selected. That's a pretty atrocious failure rate. Has anyone else got a similar experience?

Sent a package with irishparcels.ie and a month later they started hassling me for money saying that the package was too big. No diff in weight, 3cm larger and its an extra €90.. avoid..
