Looking for self defense in Waterford.

    Hi all. I'm looking for self defense or martial arts to join in the Waterford area (preferably around tramore) I'd be new to it so something easy would be great!

    Waterford mma used to run classes, including bjj classes, down there.

    You should find info on their facebook page, cant link as am in work

    We have beginner classes Monday and Wednesday at 6.45 in Ganbaru! Your first week is free too so you try it out and see if it's for you. We have club gi's you can borrow so you don't need to bring any gear with you.

    Also if you're looking for something like MMA ,Team Ryano Waterford is in the same building as us and Have beginner friendly classes Monday And Wednesday at 5.45.

    Another great gym in waterford is Waterford Muay Thai if it's just striking you're interested in, they're located in the lacken road business park. Hope that helps!
