Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Keenum before long. Bradford clearly not right
I can understand lack of mobility, but holding on like that in your own ez? Was mad to see.

    These flags are a joke.

Maybe, but I can see an argument for the offensive pi call, and the false start, Jesus they are the defining feature of our offensive line, particularly the tackles, it's very demoralising how many of them we have per game, plus holding penalties.

Bradford did well for the first down there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,016 ✭✭✭Hulk Hands

Couldve been two interceptions. Jesus the one thing he usually does have is his accuracy. Looks horrific

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,915 ✭✭✭✭Realt Dearg Sec

Yeah keenum coming in, not a surprise

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,016 ✭✭✭Hulk Hands

I'm heading to Vikings Packers next Sunday also. Becomes a lot less enticing with the prospect of Keenum or that version of Bradford playing

Ah, another week and I'm Bradford will be looking in better shape, he was rushed back tonight

Floyd is having a field day

**** sake. Leno undoes all the good defensive work in one dumb mistake. We could go in behind after being by far and away the better team in the first half. And forcing the D back into the field AGAIN in crappy position. Demoralising is the only word for it.

Why on earth didn't the Bears call a TO there before the FG? Amazing theyre going in behind

Our in game coaching is awful.

And after limiting the Vikings to two yards offense in the first quarter we somehow conspired to be losing at half time. That's special.

Looks like another season ending injury.

    F*ck.

Jesus how many first downs are they going to let thielen pick up before they decide he needs particular attention? This drive had been really back to business as usual for us, keenum hasn't even had to do anything particularly special.

    Fake :)

Oh my God that was so much fun

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,369 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

We might have scored on the fake but that play call on 3rd after having all that time to think something up was as bad as Fox's delay of game out of a timeout.

Can't wait for this season to be done. Everyone except Fangio can go.

Was just thinking it would be a great time for a fake! Again though, really don't understand the decision not to go for 2 in a game with the defences so on top

And Hunter shouldve nailed the Punter

Yeah trubisky looks great, I don't want Fox in charge of his development

Linebackers looking more like who we know they are there. There's no good reason to think we'll won this, too prone to catastrophic mistakes.

Could someone please tell loggains he doesn't actually HAVE to run it on first down every single time?

No imagination in his offensive calls. My dog knows what is coming half the time.

Oh my god what a play.

    I take it all back.

    Magician.

That was class. I assume Miller had the read option. Lot of trust

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,915 ✭✭✭✭Realt Dearg Sec

That two pointer was fantastic, unbelievable fake handoff, if we can win now it'll have been a fairytale start for trubisky.

    Noo Trubes :(

Bad timing alright. Be interesting to see how he responds if we hold them to a field goal here

Well done Harry. A game full of nonsense, but the one true All pro on the field gets it done

Ugh. Referees were shockingly bad but I think both teams could claim to have been rode at times. Ultimately a great start to trubiskys career was derailed by throwing an interception at the worst imaginable time. Thought when we got the ball there we would go down and at least get a field goal. Wasn't to be. Better days to come for this team I'm sure, but injuries and bad coaching will limit them. Fox out.

Watched the Game in 40. Interception aside Trubisky looked alright considering the lack of depth at receiver.

9-7 on the season so far

Patriots @ Buccaneers - would've picked them regardless, so does it count..
49ers @ Colts - home advantage the deciding factor with poor teams
Jets @ Browns - a catch em.. hard to pick but the jets will Jet and fcuk up on the year they're trying to tank to get Sam darnold..
Titans @ Dolphins - no Mariota = no victory for the Titans
Panthers @ Lions - lions get it done at home but barely. another Matty 4th quarter comeback
Giants - surely the giants can't go 0-5
Cardinals @ Eagles - Cards could win this but i'll choose the birds
Bills @ Bengals - Bengals at home, Dalton to still throw interceptions but AJ Green to bail him out
Jaguars @ Steelers - Gotta go with steelers on current form
Ravens @ Raiders - Raiders at home, hard to see passed them even with Derek Carr likely not starting..
Seahawks @ Rams - Seahawks can't score.. Rams can't stop scoring... Greg the leg to secure a victory for the whitehorns...
Packers @ Cowboys - Rodgers rips apart the poor Dallas secondary with Jordy Nelson getting multiple TD's
Chiefs @ Texans - Chiefs find a way to do it. JJ Watt will have a big game and multiple sacks.. but watson to do some crazy stuff and throw TD's but also interceptions..
Bears - Can Mitch/ Mitchell back up the hype in Chi town and give the bears a lift.. I'm gonna say he hands off to Howard and Cohen and throw a range of short passes. Vikings without Cook and possibly Bradford won't have enough to get it done..

8-6 this week and 17-13 on the season
