Outstanding Balance on old property

    Hi

    I had a payg meter installed last week and there was an o/s balance of €190 added to the meter this is not correct 

    i rang last Thursday and was told €150 was an old balance to a previous address which cant be correct as i had payg meter installed for 3 years at that property until the day i moved out.

    can someone please look into this please as i havent received a call back yet
