Feel dirty switching from tg4 to BBC at ht for a Ferris meltdown but it may pay dividends
    Try washing.

Good carries from Ulster pack, particularly McCall and Treadwell coming onto the ball at pace.

Cooney needs to improve his passing from his left. Far too floaty and slow.

They’re right. Fez is a one eyed Ulster fan but he won’t butter it up.

Tonight had continued last weeks farce.

Would love to hear what’s being said in the dressing room.

Go through phases. Ulster will find gaps with that backline if they go through 8-10

Reckon Piatua took an elbow there

how stupid was that from piutau. This game knows no boundaries

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Why the hell did Piutau kick that? Man outside and put in a sorry shovel of a hoof.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,922 ✭✭✭snowflaker

He turned his shoulder into that

    Pure accidental.

That’s a penalty IMO, adjusted himself to leave the shoulder in.

    BBC NI apoplectic

    Piutau trying to milk that

Great to see Healy get some hand on the ball

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Bridge93

Is Crosby not allowed turn to protect himself or is he meant to take the full force head on?

Your Treadwell is looking way better in the second half

Yep. Was going for a tackle, couldn't tackle when piatau kicked the ball, tried a block down but braced for a hit when he couldn't get out of the way.

No penalty never mind the yellow or red the ulster fans wanted

He went down for a rest because he couldn't be arsed
Looks and reminds me of Ah Yousless

Was a stonewall penalty on Piutau by the way. Can stand his ground but can't turn the shoulder into the attacker's upper body.

    FFS Healy

Ulster fans so poor. They need to get away from this stuff and realise their not that good and improve their game

BBC are so biased it's beyond annoying. The co commentator is trying to be fair but the rest of them commentating and in the studio are embarrassing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,503 ✭✭✭swiwi_

Fair play to Ulster for having the most sporting crowd in the island of Ireland, and to the BBC commentary team for their remarkable impartiality

(thinking of muting the commentary, it's more painful than childbirth)

    Gwaaaan Stockdale ye beaut.

Commentator will be prosecuted for indecent exposure after that try by the sounds of it.

Outstanding. Healy needed a bit more on that kick but I feel piutau was waiting for him to kick it. From there it's a joy

They didnt make mention of the forward pass for Connaught's try to be fair. They could have spent the whole of half time whinging about that.

Connacht have blown two tries in the 2nd half. Had Healy got more on his chip there he would have scored. Undercooked it and Piatau ran clear instead.

Awful try to give away. We don't come back from those.

Well it is ulster rugby live.. if it was leinster rugby live or munster rugby live it would probably be as bad. It is bad though..

    Poor game in any case

Hmmm.....wonder what Schmidt is making of this match!

Nah, these lads are a special level of biased. BBC Scotland are the only ones as bad.

Ulster haven't done anything special to survive the last 10, just absolutely slack Connacht attack. Same story all last year.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,767 ✭✭✭✭molloyjh

    Comical

This should be played with Benny Hill music

    Jazuz Connacht.......some suicidal stuff.

Don't know if anyone saw but Marshall whacked his head off the turf there when cleared out. Didn't look spry getting up.
