Havent been able to build up any sort of steam this season. Usually we have a run of 8 wins from 10 with 2 draws or something but it just hasnt happened so far

Was thinking the exact same, Xhaka has been muck too. Elneny while not fancy has been his usual self and did nothing wrong

I suppose the thinking was Swansea weren't busting their guts to get forward and Elneny was on a yellow. Before Cech's calamity a straight swap between him and Mikhi seemed fair enough - then Cech air kicked.

I think for me the problem has been no Wilshire , Ramsey as his worst is poison and offers nothing in comparison , but it doesn't help that Lacazette has been awful up top tonight and Xhaka has been his same useless self
