To think i actually thought we would get stuck in tonight and keep the momentum going but i should know better at this stage that when the nutty professor is involved there will always be a tendency to implode. While everything you say is right, it's also wrong. He gets handsomely rewarded because he helps make the owners so much money. Today is the worlds first billion dollar game, and you don't sack the manager of someone with that level of revenue

I think Xhaka and Ramsey is probably the worse midfield we've had over the last 25 yrs. They don't work together at all.

Bringing on Iwobi was a ****e call, he's too slow and laboursome for this level of game

Other than the start where I genuinely think Mourinho called Wengers bluff, we've been the better team.

Only for De Gea this would be 2-2 atleast.

Poor call going Iwobi with the options we had, Wenger let's himself down with his football playing obsession, going direct was the response we needed here

What's he done poorly? Think he has been solid enough.

I was going to say that this game is a great snapshot of Wenger at Arsenal but it would have been true the last 10 years.

He's not obsessed with playing from the back, due to the fact that we don't always play from the back. We haven't played tiki-taka from-the-back football for years.
