Even when I was playing many moons ago we used to have training sessions where you could only use your weaker foot. We had a red band around our weaker leg so the coach could see it.
I'm sure they still train for it too. Have to.

But on the pitch, where it matters, most players are one-footed. They'll always want to shift it onto their strong foot even when it's probably not the ideal solution.

In tight situations like defenders face they have to be able to kick with either foot, especially them. If you have space and time then you can switch.

Brainless **** there. Jack can't move so there's a big gap and Chelsea just play straight into it, no-one covering for him. And Ospina with that parry, unreal.
