Hi. We are a small cycling group who meet every Sunday morning at 9 o clock at the Blue Haven in Rathfatnham.we generally cycle 50k/70k depending on the mood and weather conditions.average pace 25k/30k ph again depending on the mood and route. If you're interested in coming out for a spin give me a shout. Brendan
