Virgin Media 360MB delivering 31mb

    Hi,

    I have Virgin Media broadband for 2 years already. 1 year ago I upgraded to 360MB and it always worked as expected.

    Today I noticed slowness on my connection and I decided to test: it is delivering 31MB out of the 360mb.

    I live in D7. Are there any issues currently in my region?

    How are you testing it? Virgin will only stand by testing against their own server, or at least UPC did when I was with them. Also do you mean 31 Mb/s or 31 MB/s, just so we're clear on units. Testing over a wired connection?

    Also - how many devices do you have running off the router? Do you have wireless connection?
