    Hi Folks,
    I changed provider last month and I wish to return my modem etc. I was speaking to one of your colleagues on the 1901 line and although she did acknowledge the change and emailed verification, I am still awaiting the letter which acknowledges same plus the address and free delivery stickers where I can return this equipment back.
