I am having a load of grief with my saga com Freesat box and I’m thinking I might change. What’s the Humax box’s like.

    Hi Fabo,

I've personally used an old 1st Gen Humax Foxsat 320GB from 2009 and apart from having to reset it about every 3 months its been flawless and still steaming away and used daily - in general the HDR1100 is really reliable - its probably worth going for the 1TB version ( I hate those deleting sessions!):

    Hi John,

Do you need to have a satellite set up as well for boxes like the Humax?

    Hey EC18.

You only require a satellite is you go for the FreeSat boxes.

Humax also do the normal FreeviewHD boxes, which will also pick up Saorview.
Starting at the Humax HDR1800T 320GB priced at £139.00
