Wrong contract, wrong amount useless customer service

    Hi
    I signed up with Eir about 6 weeks ago on a 30 day contract.

    They then email me my account details which has a 24 month contract in place with the wrong monthly amount.

    I've tried the
    live chat service- completely useless
    called customer support 7 times and despite promise also useless.

    They then go ahead an deduct the wrong amount from my account ( Iunderstand the first bill will be a part month plus full month, so that is not the issue)

    Before I close my account can anyone on here help

    Welcome to the world of eir - it's actually gets worse when you try to close your account ............. I still waiting for eir to clarify my credit rating has not been impacted by their lack of intergrated systems and uncontactable teams.
