Adding Mortgage Account to Banking 365

    Hi 

    Could you give me an idea how long this process takes? I applied 3/4 weeks ago via 365 to have my mortgage account added to my 365 accounts.

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.

    This would generally take 5-10 working days therefore I would recommend that you submit your query though the Online Service Desk when you are logged into 365 online and an advisor will be able to look into this for you. 

    When submitting your query I would advise that you include the mortgage account number.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
