ATM Lodgement Error

    While making a lodgement this evening I got an error on the machine saying to contact staff. Bank was closed so rang customer care but no resolution until tomorrow when bank opens, is there anything else I should be doing? Any advice welcome!!!

    When you contacted our Customer Service Desk our advisors would of raised this with the branch that the ATM is linked to.

    Please be assured our branch will look into this and the funds will be adjusted into your account.
