    Hi,
I used the Bank Of Ireland ATM in Douglas East in Cork on Saturday night, when I used the ATM I took €20 out but no money came out. I then went to use the same ATM around 20 minutes later but this time I got an error message saying something along the lines of "Invalid Transaction" I had funds in my account so I know it's not to do with insufficient funds.

I used an ATM from a different bank across the street (I think AIB) and took out €20 no bother, I checked my account through Banking 365 and it says I got charged €20 the first time around when I used the BOI ATM but I didn't get charged the second time for when I got the "Invalid Transactions" message

    Thanks

    Hi siblers,

Thanks for your post here on Boards.

We are sorry to hear this.

Can you confirm is the transaction that debited within your transactions on progress on your 365 online?

If so this should adjust itself on your account and the balance will also correct itself.

If the transaction is not in your pending transactions you will need to submit your query through the Online Service Desk and an advisor will investigate this for you.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Thanks,

    Kareana
