Don't let the GB 2 minute defense be the GB two minute defense. Please. :(

Well we've been lucky so far this year by our standards with injuries, only 7-8 starters missing multiple games plus some of their backups by week 6... it was to be expected I guess.

What's the average layoff for a broken collarbone?

3rd time this season we've attempted less than 9 passes in the 1st half. Madness.

Depends on the severity of the break and if surgery is required or not.

He'll be back, 7 weeks out last time he broke his collarbone, could be less depending on severity.

You know something funny though - and we'd probably both agree for different reasons ( :p ) but there are some real quality young lads on GB's defense, Martinez, Clark, Josh Jones, King has looked good when fit... needs to get his head sorted ASAP but Randall does have the talent which he's shown (think he might be better in a 'rover' role because he whiffs on coverage in man too much).

Kendrell Brice might well be giving Burnett worries over a new contract too. Not amazing, but for a second year, sixth round guy he's playing well above expectations.

Professional Chicago players standing around like idiots doing nothing even though there's no whistle :pac:

Pack puttign the foot down on the run defense now, which we have been pretty good on this season.

Hawkins whiffs the tackle... guess who saves the day? Yep. Blake Martinez.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,495 ✭✭✭✭Billy86

For crying out loud... another missed tackle that Martinez has to save, but just one yard over for first down.

No challenge? Vikings take a time out? Jesus it was never a catch, get the flag out!!

EDIT: Still no challenge. That's the worst call of the season so far, easily.

    Ah here.

His talent is very likable. That excellent extract for the Favre biography (can't remember the name) tells you a lot about Rodgers tho. Very talented, very smart, but a bit of a knob

Yikes Trubisky saves the day after a botched snap.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,400 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

Jesus Christ, Whitehair. Two awful snaps in a row.

Haha again. That's why the man went all pro.

I think some might suggest that the first and third descriptions could apply to Favre. Not sure he was ever accused of being smart though..."tough" was the usual word...

Confirmed about Rodgers now. Hate injuries to any player but he is class to watch.
He certainly wasn't happy with the hit.

Season done, no worries it's GB. I think we're barely in the top 6 for number of injuries so far... well off our usual pace. This should level it up.

    Suck on THAT, Ravens!!

Crazy score in New Orleans. Saints 38-10 up.

Ah well, it's not all bad for Rodgers. He can recover and get to spend some quality time with his fam........oh...

    Panic over for NE?

Team is clearly having major issues since winning a superbowl last season and this year that defense has made opposing QBs look like HOF QBs. But for Panicking? I think every Pats fan here recognizes how bad our defense is but also recognizes the fact Tom Brady and that offense can get you back into games. Got to love the digs.

But I will say it helps the Jets have gone back to being the Jets with bad decisions and poor play calling.

    Rodgers out for the year
    Rollins out
    Lane Taylor (G) out
    Bulaga out
    Monty probably out.

Just another day for the Packers, another 4-6 injuries to come yet before the final whistle.

MCCARTHY YOU FUCKING COWARD PASS IT!!

Packers fans what next? Roll with Hundley for the remainder of the season or go out looking for a Veteran to try save the season?

1,000% Hundley, and today has done nothing but back that up. And try actually putting some faith in him - McCarthy's balls are probably behind his ribcage by now today.

    Kaep for backup! ;):p
(It'll be Callahan on the PS, GB love home grown guys too much and a great at developing QBs)

Think I heard them say this will be the first time 2013 that the Saints will be above .500, which is even crazier.
