Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Price estimate to fit 3 bathrooms

    Hi all -- 

    Could you please give me a ballpark figure for finishing off three bathrooms in a house in Clare. 

    Currently at builder's finish stage. 
    Sanitary ware included. 
    Each bathroom is 3m x 2m.
    Each needs to be tiled, showers installed, and generally finished. I'd be interested in a mid-range standard -- not cheapest, not top of the range.

    Try giving more info. How many baths, showers, shower doors, toilets etc. What type of shower are you planning for each room?

    Currently at builder's finish stage.     Has it been first fixed or is it ready for first fix? Is there heating & a hot water cylinder going in?

    • 1 bath (with a shower in it)
    • 2 other showers -- note that sanitary wares are included (showers, toilets, sinks). 
    • 2 shower doors

    Sorry, I completely misled by saying it's at the builder's finish stage. What I meant to say/should have said is that it will be built to a builder's finish. The foundations have just been laid.

    Heating and a hot water cylinder will be going in.
