Wow $3k ETH nearly here already, anybody thinking of selling?

If this goes to ATH v BTC value, we are looking at 5k min.

Watch for a pull back at 3k with support at 2700

Not anytime soon, ETH is too valuable, maybe some when it gets to $7-8k+

Where do ye think it will get to this year?

Where do ye think it will get to this year?

If it hit 100k or fell to $100 it wouldn't surprise me.

Just take out enough for a Ferrari every so often and enjoy the fun.

    To the moon.

In a seriousness if it got to 10K I'd be be ecstatic. It would give me the money I need to afford a much nice apartment then I can atm.

Nothing make or break for me really, have my gaming PC mining away when not in use so I'm not investing much into it, although it is tempting.

If it got to €4-5000 it would be back in line with how it lined up with bitcoin at the last peak.

Yep, I think it has quite a bit to go on this bull run

Everyone has different investment amounts and end goal wants. I only have smaller amounts invested compared to others but have put in enough over the last couple of years. Just enjoying the ride really.

If I get a nice packet out of it in a few years, then it's all welcome and can get a nice long expensive holiday. To me that's great. If I end up selling it all for 100e, I never lost the bollocks so can count myself lucky.

Good chance this bull run that ETH will go to $5 to $7k. Since its mooning, as a short term play i'd be tempted to sell some eth into another altcoin. Always have about 20 per cent of my bags for short term oppurtunity plays on an altcoin that's how I learn in this bull market. But probably best to just hold.

Anyone holding ETC? It’s gone 16x since Jan, doubled today. Sold some not, sure how much I should hold.

    Stupid question incoming

If I wanted to transfer some ETH into another currency that I think will out grow it in the short term (link), and then at a later date transfer it back to ETH.

Do you just sell the ETH for euros and then buy the LINK in Euros?

Or do you need to trade currency for currency?

Disclaimer: yes I am this stupid

Depends on the exchange, they usually have a convert option when you click on a currency you own but you need the check the fees, they vary.

Thanks for the reply, I'm on binance

Cheapest method would be to sell ETH to a coin that also has a trading pair with LINK. So for example ETH -> BTC -> LINK.

The direct swap feature as mentioned may be possible too but would incur higher fees as the exchange does the above transaction in the background for you.

Edit: scratch that, in the case of LINK, Binance has a direct pair with ETH.

Limited options as the transfer fee is where they make their money.

Do not under any circumstances, trade your ETH for Link

Is Ethereum available to purchase on DeGiro? I've searched for it, but I'm only finding options in the range of €28.10/share or Vaneck Ethereum ETN29 for example?

Short answer is no. You can't buy crypto directly on Degiro.

I knew this day would come, just wish I'd been a little bit braver during the 2017 and Covid collapses. Still though, onwards to 4k.
