Nest installation/ Switch over timeline

    Hi, 

    I've switched to EI to take advantage of the Nest deal with 5.5% discount. Just wondering what timeline I should expect for the Nest installation? I applied online and haven't received a call to setup installation. 

    Could you provide a timeline of what to expect?

    A switch can take a matter of weeks to complete - the amount of time it takes for the Nest installation can vary.

    If you private message us the relevant MPRN though (or telephone number), state that you are to be the account-holder and confirm your name, address and date of birth, we can check the status of the switch as soon as possible.
