    As a (admittedly reasonably recently) qualified Sports Therapist I agree with a lot of that (even with Meakins sometimes galling writing style). I mean this specifically when it comes to these gurus and their ridiculously expensive courses covering a very specific aspect of treatment, just so you can get a petty meaningless certificate. Not saying all courses are like this of course but a 3 day course in AIS for over €1500 stands out when most of the info is available online and easily incorporated by any therapist with a basic understanding of anatomy.
