    On Thursday last I moved from a meteor 30 day sim only account to an Eir 30 day sim only account with 15 gig data @ €25 per month fixed.

    My welcome email from Eir, and on logging on to "My Eir", states €25 until april 2018 and €30 after that and, an 18 month contract until April 2019, none if which I signed up for.

    Can this be rectified/corrected ?.
    If not, I will be using my 14 day opt out option and porting out.
