This comment gave me an idea:
    Case transplant complete. Heavy b***x.

    Rules:
    1. Must be a tower (no 19" gear ladies)
    2. No measuring with a 20kg Batman statue on top
    3. Accessories not included

    Metric please.

Anyone who has the old steel chassis XPS 730 will be an instant winner :)

The case alone must have been about 20kg+!

A friend of mine used to have an old steel full tower case from thermaltake. I can't remember the model but the front panel door alone must have weighed a few pounds. It was about an inch thick solid steel. The thing weighed a ton.

I think it was this one. The case alone weights 37.4 pounds :S

haven't had the time to weight my proper pc but that IBM tower I have, the spec sheet "Weight: 37.85 kg (83.4 lb) (maximum configuration)"

but that is cheating and I haven't actually weighed mine

About 30kg. That includes this baby (attached to the PC, not an accessory). For sale BTW

Desktop is a dual CPU dual watercooling monster, only 18.5KG! Need glass instead of perspex, 10 extra HDDs and an external WC like Unkel.
