    Hi All,

I am looking at a partialy constructed house that has been left partialy constructed for 1 year. There was no roof fitted and has been left open to the elements for a year.

There was internal wall insulation fit on the external walls. Would this insulation have got dambaged over the year? If so and it had to come out would that mean the walls would have to come down?

My opinion is that the insulation would have been damaged alright. You would have to check it by a professional.

You will also have to check the planning status to ensure it hasn’t expired. You may need planning to complete.
