Email address for complaints?

    Hi 
    Can anyone provide me with an email address for complaints? The online form allows you to put a one line subject in and then I read that eir is having problems with their complaints inbox! Ironic!
    So can anyone help?

    You're as well of writing a letter.

    Then put it in an envelope.

    Lick the back.

    Seal it.

    Put a stamp on.

    Address to: eir complaints department.

    And put in the bin.

    That's how much use it is from my unfortunate experience

    Having gone through this process, all the information how to file a complaint is here:

    https://www.eir.ie/complaints/

    There you can pick from email (web form), chat, phone or postal address.

    If you're serious about the complaint, nothing beats a signed for letter. 

    Took them a full month to respond to my complaint (via email) and in the response they claimed the name on the account would be wrong (it wasn't). Hilarious stuff.

    The complaints process details are listed here - https://www.eir.ie/complaints/ You would need to log this over the phone with the team on 1800 200 481. They'll log this and contact you back with a resolution.
